General Policy

• All car rental bookings made through Trip Carters are subject to this Cancellation Policy.
• Specific cancellation terms may vary by rental provider or vehicle category. Please review the specific terms shown during your booking.

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Requests must be initiated via phone to our customer support line. Email confirmation will also be required for verification.
• Approved cancellations may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the rental provider’s policy.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
• Any cancellation fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of confirmation, based on provider terms.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Situations

• Some car rentals may be non-cancellable, depending on the terms shown at booking.
• Non-refundable rentals will be clearly labeled during the booking process. These are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, missed pickups, late arrivals, or issues caused by events beyond our or the rental company’s control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).

Customer Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
• Delays in requesting cancellations may result in your eligibility for refunds being forfeited.

Disputes & Contact

• If you believe your cancellation was mishandled or if you have concerns regarding charges, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
